Sarah Pasela is an upper school biology instructor for Saint John’s Prep. She teaches Biology, IB Biology I, IB Biology II. She also teaches 6ht grade science.
Ms. Pasela was born in Little Falls Minnesota, but left after one week, growing up in West Africa. She returned to Little Falls, Minnesota for high school and graduated from the College of Saint Benedict with a BA in Biology and English Literature. She also earned two Master of Sciences degrees from Ohio University, one in education, and one in international affairs. Ms. Pasela taught at Apollo High School in Saint Cloud, Minnesota for eight years before she joined Saint John’s Prep in 2016.
Ms. Pasela loves to garden, read, scuba dive, and travel. Her goal as a teacher is to inspire life-long learning. She hopes to create a place where all identities feel welcome and are able to develop as complete humans.
