Yvonne Schilplin Receives SJP Benedictine Spirit Award

Saint John’s Prep is proud to announce that Yvonne Schilplin is the recipient of the 2019 Benedictine Spirit Award.
Head of School Jon McGee recognized Yvonne at the Saint John’s Prep Appreciation Dinner held at Midland Hills Country Club in Roseville, MN. The Benedictine Spirit award is given in recognition of an individual who has demonstrated long-term dedication to the mission of our school. Yvonne’s exceptional commitment to Saint John’s Prep supports our efforts to prepare students for success in higher education and global leadership.

Yvonne is a dedicated volunteer and supporter of Saint John’s Prep. Yvonne recently stepped down after serving as a member of the Saint John’s Prep Board of Regents for almost 10 years. Yvonne has also served the school as a parent volunteer, her sons are SJP alumni Chad ’00 and Fred ’96. She continues to be a frequent visitor to campus and often speaks during career day to share details about her work as a fashion retailer. Yvonne also serves on development committees to build support among Saint John’s Prep donors for capital campaigns and projects.
