Every student takes part in our Fine Arts Program at Saint John’s Prep. Our well-rounded curriculum supports the development of appreciation and passion for fine arts that will last a lifetime.
Saint John’s Prep offers a spirited array of varsity and intramural sports. Our programs are inclusive with a strong emphasis on teamwork. Our sports teams give Prep students the opportunity to grow interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Ryan Brandon is the Director of Residential Life. Ryan comes to Saint John’s Prep from the Minnesota State University-Moorhead where he served as a Residential Life Area Director. Ryan is working towards his Doctorate in Education, with a focus in higher education administration, at Saint Cloud State University.
At Saint John’s Prep, Ryan will supervise and manage the residential experience for six staff members and approximately 50 Saint John’s Prep students in Saint Michael Hall and Emmaus Hall. In the fall of 2020, all SJP residential life students will move into a newly renovated and rebuilt Saint Michael Hall; Ryan will be a leader in the move-in process and organization of the newly refurbished space.
“Ryan is an experienced residential life professional who can implement a program that encourages student success as well as create a comfortable and fun living atmosphere. Our students come from many different countries, families and traditions. I believe Ryan can bring people together to build an inclusive and collaborative community where our students will build lifelong friendships and achieve their academic and personal goals,” said Head of School Jon McGee.
Ryan has extensive residential life experience and recently supervised residential and maintenance staff for three residence halls. Ryan served as mentor and advisor on several committees and student leadership programs. As part of a sexual violence prevention program, he led educational and training sessions for over 200 students. Ryan also has experience in executing hiring processes and led staff training for residential life staff and supervisors.
Ryan earned his Master’s in Business Administration, Concentration: Public Administration from Concordia University in Wisconsin, Mequon, WI and his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts with a minor in Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, WI.
