Benedictine Values Offer Guidance for a Lifetime
Justine Meyer ’20

Justine Meyer ’20 was awarded the Benedictine Spirit Award for representing an embodiment of the values our school community holds most dear: The Benedictine Values.

Justine is studying communications at the University of Minnesota, Duluth. Through creating humorous homecoming videos, encouraging the student body at Prep Talk to cheer on sports teams, and leading her peers in athletics and academics, Justine discovered her gift for communications and encouraging others to live their best lives.

“I am proud to call myself a Prep because I had a great high school experience in such a unique environment with teachers who genuinely care. I developed a passion for doing my best and learned to be open-minded and respectful of other people.” Justine shares. “The Benedictine values I learned at Prep will stick with me forever. In my first month at college I am thankful for the value of moderation, because it’s important to find the balance between friends, homework, and classes and being content.”
