Saint John’s Prep Theatre is proud to present The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time. It is an adaption by Simon Stephens from Mark Haddon’s best-selling novel. This play is a gripping detective story and family drama.
When 15-year-old math genius Christopher is falsely accused of killing his neighbor’s dog, he sets out to solve the mystery. Christopher has an extraordinary brain but struggles to interpret everyday life. His investigation takes him on a terrifying, life-changing journey that exposes deep family secrets and tests his independence.
This production contains strong language and mature themes including intense family conflicts and the death of a pet. Flashing lights and loud noises will be used to portray sensory overload. Recommended for audiences ages 11 and up.
