Every student takes part in our Fine Arts Program at Saint John’s Prep. Our well-rounded curriculum supports the development of appreciation and passion for fine arts that will last a lifetime.
Saint John’s Prep offers a spirited array of varsity and intramural sports. Our programs are inclusive with a strong emphasis on teamwork. Our sports teams give Prep students the opportunity to grow interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Aileen Zhang is the Admission Lead-International for Saint John’s Prep.
Originally from China, Ms. Zhang says she has been fortunate to call the United States home for more than 20 years. Her international journey has shaped both her personal perspective and approach to education. She spent five years studying in Japan before earning her master’s degree in Mass Communication from St. Cloud State University.
Throughout her career, Ms. Zhang has had the privilege of working as an educator with students ranging from elementary school to university level in China, Japan, and the United States. These experiences have given her a deep appreciation for cultural diversity, lifelong learning, and the importance of creating an encouraging and supportive environment where students can learn, grow, and thrive.
She feels especially honored and grateful to be part of the Saint John’s Prep community. She deeply values the school’s commitment to educational excellence, its caring and enriching environment, and its belief in developing students not only academically, but also as individuals of character, compassion, and purpose. My connection to the Saint John’s community is also deeply personal and meaningful, as her late husband was a graduate of Saint John’s University. Because of this connection, being part of the St. John’s community holds a very special place in her heart.
Outside of education, Ms. Zhang enjoys living an active, creative, and fulfilling life. Traveling has always been one of her greatest joys, and for many years she traveled internationally with her son each year, creating wonderful memories together.
She also has a strong passion for gardening, growing and sharing plants, and helping others create beautiful and healthy gardens through plant-growing advice and consulting. In addition, She loves outdoor activities, especially downhill skiing. She is currently working on toward to becoming a ski patrol member someday.
Whether she is teaching, gardening, traveling, or enjoying the outdoors, Ms. Zhang believes in staying curious, embracing new experiences, and making a positive contribution to the people and communities around her.
