Every student takes part in our Fine Arts Program at Saint John’s Prep. Our well-rounded curriculum supports the development of appreciation and passion for fine arts that will last a lifetime.
Saint John’s Prep offers a spirited array of varsity and intramural sports. Our programs are inclusive with a strong emphasis on teamwork. Our sports teams give Prep students the opportunity to grow interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Mr. Swanson is the social students teacher for seventh and eighth grade students. He is originally from Willmar, Minnesota. Mr. Swanson earned his BA from St John’s University where he studied Social Studies and Secondary Education. After graduating he spent a year volunteering in Israel with the Benedictine Volunteer Corps.
When he’s not teaching, he enjoys traveling, playing guitar, hiking, swimming, and spending time with his friends and family.
