Every student takes part in our Fine Arts Program at Saint John’s Prep. Our well-rounded curriculum supports the development of appreciation and passion for fine arts that will last a lifetime.
Saint John’s Prep offers a spirited array of varsity and intramural sports. Our programs are inclusive with a strong emphasis on teamwork. Our sports teams give Prep students the opportunity to grow interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Dr. Jeff Kirchoff teaches upper school English classes and coaches both the Middle School and Upper School Knowledge Bowl teams.
He earned his PhD in Rhetoric and Writing from Bowling Green State University, his MA in English from St. Cloud State University, and his BA in Creative Writing from St. Cloud State University. Prior to working at Saint John’s Prep, he taught English at various colleges for over a decade and also spent time as an academic dean.
Saint John’s Prep has been his favorite place to teach because of its authentic commitment to Benedictine values, academic freedom, dedicated students, and supportive administration.
When he is not teaching, he enjoys playing disc golf, participating in community theater, and spending time with his family.
