6th Graders Support Toys for Tots with Candy Cane Sales Posted on December 16, 2021 in Press Releases, Student News Candy Canes for Christmas During Advent, the 6th graders put together candy cane greetings to sell to their fellow Prep students. This special delivery effort was a sweet way to help others! The 6th graders put together, sold, and delivered around 150 candy cane grams. Together they raised over $300 from candy cane sales. The proceeds were used to purchase toys for the students to donate to Toys for Tots. Our hard work was recognized by administrators at SJU/CSB with a party in the Great Hall. Together everyone enjoyed Christmas cookies and hot chocolate on a chilly afternoon. The 6th graders with their homeroom teachers, Ms. Biechler and Ms. Severson, would like to thank everyone who helped with this incredible holiday campaign!
