There are special activities throughout the week for students and staff. Catholic Schools Week offers a meaningful opportunity to celebrate our mission of providing a Catholic, Benedictine education while uniting students, families and staff in shared values and purpose. Catholic Schools Week (CSW) is a week-long celebration of Catholic education in the United States. It takes place each January. Catholic Schools Week recognizes the unique opportunities of Catholic education for young people and their families. Saint John’s Prep will welcome St. Cloud Diocese Bishop Patrick Neary to celebrate Mass on Friday, January 31 at 9:20am. Parents, siblings, and grandparents are welcome to join us for this very special event. Prep will also welcome the 5th and 6th grade students from Holy Family School in Sauk Centre for Mass as well. Students are invited to take part in special dress-up days as part of this special week. Themes include pajama day, school spirit day, and beach day. On Thursday, all students will take part in a special letter writing campaign to send thank-you notes to parents, grandparents, alumni and other supporters of Saint John’s Prep.
